Right of Withdrawal

This Right of Withdrawal applies to customers located in the European Union who enroll in the Serenity Discount Club, operated by Serenity AI (The Williams Collection Inc., USA).

1. Your Right to Withdraw

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your Serenity Discount Club membership within 14 days of enrollment, without giving any reason.

2. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the date you enrolled in the Serenity Discount Club.

3. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal request before the 14-day period expires.

4. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this membership within the 14-day period, Serenity AI will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day your withdrawal request is received.
