Renewal and Cancellation Terms

These Renewal and Cancellation Terms ("Terms") apply to all Wagnific subscription services. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms along with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Subscription Plans

Wagnific offers the following subscription plans:

Automatic Renewal

How Automatic Renewal Works

• Ultimate Melodies: Your subscription will be charged $49.00 each month on your billing date.
• $1 Trial Offer: You will be charged $1.00 for the first 7 days. After the 7-day trial period, your subscription automatically converts to $49.00 per month and will renew monthly on your billing date.
• $19 Introductory Offer: You will be charged $19.00 for the first 14 days. After the 14-day introductory period, your subscription automatically converts to $49.00 per month and will renew monthly on your billing date.

Billing Date

Your billing date is determined by the date you initially subscribed:

• For Ultimate Melodies: Your billing date is the same date each month as your original purchase date.
• For $1 Trial Offer: After your 7-day trial period ends, your billing date will be the same date each month as when your trial period ended.
• For $19 Introductory Offer: After your 14-day introductory period ends, your billing date will be the same date each month as when your introductory period ended.

Example: If you subscribe to the $1 Trial Offer on January 5th, you'll be charged $1.00 on January 5th. On January 12th (7 days later), you'll be charged $49.00, and then $49.00 on the 12th of each subsequent month.

Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

You may cancel your Wagnific subscription at any time by contacting our customer support team. There are no cancellation fees.

Cancellation Process

1. Contact Wagnific customer support via email, phone, or our contact form
2. Provide your account information or subscription details
3. Request cancellation of your subscription
4. Receive confirmation of your cancellation

After Cancellation

• You will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused portions of your subscription
• Your subscription will not automatically renew after the current period ends
• You may resubscribe at any time, but introductory offers are limited to one per customer

Refund Policy

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within your first 30 days:

1. Contact Wagnific customer support via email, phone, or our contact form
2. Provide your account information or subscription details
3. Request a refund for your subscription
4. Receive confirmation and your refund within 5-10 business days

What's Covered

• Trial and Introductory Offers: The initial trial or introductory fee ($1.00 or $19.00) is fully refundable within 30 days of purchase.
• First Monthly Payment: If you've been charged the regular monthly rate ($49.00) and it's still within 30 days of your initial subscription date, this amount is also refundable.
• Ultimate Melodies: Your initial subscription payment is fully refundable within 30 days of purchase.

After the 30-Day Period

After your initial 30-day period expires, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription after 30 days, you will continue to have access through the end of your current billing period, but no refund will be provided for that period.

Exceptions

Refunds may be issued at Wagnific's sole discretion at any time in cases of:

• Technical errors resulting in duplicate charges
• Service outages preventing access to your subscription
• Other extraordinary circumstances as determined by Wagnific

Price Changes

Wagnific reserves the right to change subscription prices at any time. If we increase the price of your subscription:

• We will provide at least 30 days' notice before the price change takes effect
• The new price will apply starting with your next billing cycle after the notice period
• You may cancel your subscription before the price increase takes effect to avoid the new rate

Payment Method Updates

You are responsible for maintaining valid and current payment information. If your payment method fails:

• We will attempt to notify you and update your payment information
• Your subscription may be suspended until payment is received
• If payment is not received within 30 days, your subscription may be canceled
• You may be responsible for any outstanding amounts owed

Free Trials and Promotional Offers

• Introductory offers ($1 Trial and $19 Introductory Offer) are limited to one per customer
• Wagnific reserves the right to determine eligibility for promotional offers
• Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated
• Wagnific may revoke promotional pricing if fraudulent activity is detected

Changes to These Terms

Wagnific may update these Renewal and Cancellation Terms from time to time. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Material changes will be communicated via email or notification in your account
• Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms

Additional Terms

These Renewal and Cancellation Terms are part of and subject to the Wagnific Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Terms of Use, these Renewal and Cancellation Terms will control with respect to subscription billing, renewal, and cancellation matters.
