What we do. We process your refund right away on our end and confirm it by email.
Timing. Refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Amount. Within the 30-day window your refund is for the full amount of the charge, no questions asked.
Ultimate and Trainer Support are monthly subscriptions. They renew automatically each month until you cancel, so you never lose access.
Cancel anytime. Cancel in your account settings or by emailing [email protected].
No further billing. Once you cancel, you will not be billed again.
Keep your access. You keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
Cancelling vs refunding. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not by itself refund a past charge. If you are still within 30 days of a charge, just ask and we will honor the guarantee.
Once 30 days have passed since a charge, that charge falls outside the money-back guarantee. Subscription payments already processed are non-refundable after this point.
